Our delivery service & costs
STANDARD DELIVERY
How much will Standard Delivery cost?
Standard Delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands) at a cost of
£2.95 per item. Delivery to outlying areas may incur additional charges. We provide free packing of all products and do not charge the full cost of shipping which we incur.
Deliveries will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign at your delivery address. Our delivery couriers usually operate Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Please note that if a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, there may be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered. So please help us to help you!
How long will delivery take?
Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days (except for Express Delivery, please see below).
EXPRESS DELIVERY
How much will Express Delivery cost?
Express Delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands). Charges for this service are
dependent upon the volume and weight of the order, and start from an additional sum to our standard delivery cost of £6.60 per order (£5.50 + VAT). so the total
EXPRESS cost is £10.55.

Our delivery couriers operate Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm. If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, there may be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered.
How long will Express Delivery take?
We aim to process Express orders within 1 working day and they are then despatched on a next working day delivery service. Express orders are given priority over Standard orders. However selecting Express Delivery does not guarantee delivery on the following working day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
How much will international shipping cost?
The cost will be subject to the destination country; we will email to notify the additional cost once an order is placed. Orders may be
cancelled with FULL refund of the product(s) if the shipping cost is deemed to be unacceptable to you. We do not charge the full cost of shipping which we incur and we provide free packing of all
products.
How long will international shipping take?
Delivery times will vary according to the delivery network in the country of destination and any customs or import procedures. We provide approximate delivery times for accepted orders as follows:
Europe - 3 to 6 working days USA & Canada - 7 to 10 working days Far East & Australasia - 12 to 14 working days Rest of the World - up to 28 working days
