Inspired Games Returns Guarantee & Procedure

Q: “Can I return an item?”

A: You may return any product(s) within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s).


Q: “How do I return or exchange an item?”

A (a) To return or exchange an item by post:

1.      Wrap the item(s) securely in suitable packaging which must be strong enough to withstand handling;  ideally use bubble wrap or similar and a cardboard outer (as per the shipping packaging used by Inspired Games, the same packaging can also be used if retained on delivery).

2.      Complete and enclose a Returns slip which can be found on the bottom of the delivery note (it is essential that you complete the Returns slip correctly).

3.      Post the item by Recorded Delivery* to the returns address on the Delivery Note.

*For your protection, we advise and request that a recorded delivery service is used as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Please allow 3 -14 working days for the Return item(s) to be processed.

(b) Return items at your local Collect+ store

Collect+ is a parcel service which is a convenient way to return parcels to us at one of approximately 3,500 local neighbourhood stores. Collect+ stores are open long hours, including evenings and weekends, so you can drop off your parcel at a time convenient to you.

Collect+ services are securely delivered by PayPoint and Home Delivery Network and you will receive proof of postage, insurance, plus an online tracking code so that you can follow progress of the returned item(s) to us.

Using Collect+ is easy - just follow these 5 simple steps:

1.      Go to to find your local store

2.      Follow the instructions to print off a returns label

3.      Securely attach the label to your parcel

4.      Drop off your parcel at ANY Collect+ store

5.      Remember to keep your receipt in a safe place as this is your proof of return.

Track your parcel at using the number on your receipt.


Q: “What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?”

A: We carefully check all orders, invoicing and shipping details. In the highly unlikely event that we send you the wrong product, we will refund the cost of return postage back to the debit or credit card or Pay Pal account, as appropriate, as used to purchase the item(s).

Please send the product(s) back to the address on the delivery note by recorded delivery and enclose a completed Returns slip found on our Delivery note. Please email to us the tracking number  and as soon as we know the item is in transit to us, we will arranged immediate despatch of the correct product by Express 24 hour delivery (at our full cost) AND issue you with the full postage refund.


Q: “What should I do if an item is faulty or damaged?”

A: In the unlikely event that this situation should arise, please contact our Customer Services team on 0208 528 1815 or email us upon receipt of the product(s) or within 24 hours of receipt.


Please note that all post and packing costs and re-shipping postage or charges are the customer's liability and cannot be reimbursed by Inspired Games unless we despatch an incorrect product or products to you.
